Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide funds for people in need by bringing business and community organizations together with the talent and resources of the Northwest music industry. Through our charitable efforts we will enhance and promote music awareness and performance throughout the region.

Bob Tomberg
President
Bob is the guitarist and manager of the pop/rock band Shelley and the Curves. He's also a dentist with a private practice in Bellevue, Washington.

Gigi White
Secretary
In addition to working with MAN, Gigi serves on the advisory board of Northwest Programs for the Arts and the Centerstage Council for Seattle Theater Group. A former international model, she has been actively involved in the local community since moving to Seattle in 1991. She served four terms on PTA Executive Committees in the offices of Secretary, Vice President, and Co-President of both The International School and Newport High School. Chairing numerous committees including the school auction, school play, nominating committee, Bellevue Schools Foundation representative, Executive Secretary to the Bellevue PTSA Council, she was honored twice with PTA's highest award, The Golden Acorn, and a lifetime achievement award.

Dave & Danille Turissini
Dave Turissini has been a professional public transit manager for over 25 years. When not managing public transit he has been involved with music as a musician, arranger, sound system designer or FOH engineer. He is currently active within Christian music circles, including event promotion and church sound design, and he currently serves as the worship leader at Calvary Community Church of Port Townsend, WA. He has a desire to encourage young people in developing their musical talent and hopes that his involvement with MAN can help him develop young musicians.

Danille is a former journalist and currently works as a public and media relations consultant, specializing in helping non-profit organizations foster strong community relationships and making meaningful connections between their mission and the public they serve. Her personal and professional experience as a community bridge builder spans more than two decades and three states, including her home state of California, Pennsylvania and Washington. She currently serves as a member of Washington State University (WSU) Team Jefferson Economic Development and is the project coordinator a newly formed joint-leadership initiative between WSU and Peninsula College on the North Olympic Peninsula.

Shelley Tomberg
Lead singer of the pop/rock band Shelley and the Curves, Shelley works as the vice president of sales and marketing for Seattle based Columbia Hospitality and is responsible for leading the marketing efforts of 15 conference centers, inns and hotels in Washington State and California.

Reek Havok
Known for his pioneering work in electronic percussion and studio electronics in the 80's and 90's, Reek earned four platinum albums for his efforts. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1993, Reek has been involved in music and sound design at Microsoft and was the lead Interactive Designer for Experience Music Project's "Sound Lab" and worked on The Science Fiction Museum and Hall of fame where he contributed his sound design, music composition and technological skills and insight. Reek also volunteers his time serving on the media advisory board for the Old Redmond Firehouse teen center and has provided educational seminars for audiences around the world, including Washington state music educators.

Alan White
A Grammy Award-winning musical legend, Alan's work with Yes spans four decades and can be heard on dozens of smashes like "Owner of a Lonely Heart," "Roundabout," "I've Seen All Good People," and "Leave It." As a session musician, he guested on sessions with John Lennon, George Harrison, Billy Preston, Joe Cocker, Manfred Mann, and Donovan. His current projects include the band White, featuring Geoff Downes of Asia on keyboards. Alan serves on the Advisory Board for Northwest Program for the Arts, as a member of the Centerstage Council for Seattle Theater Group Education and Outreach Committee, as a mentor to young musical artists performing for "Moore Music at the Moore", and as a contributing artist for both the Woodstick and Lawerpalooza events which generate funds for Seattle Public School music programs.

Mark Naficy
Mark owns NAF Productions, Inc., supplier of sound, lighting and video systems for large concerts, touring bands and corporate events, and has mixed sound for artists like Soundgarden and Jeff Buckley. Mark is also known for his 17 years as a club owner, producing countless national acts and supplying rehearsal rooms as well as recording studios for the Washington music scene.

Paul Secord
For the past several years, Paul has been a senior Web producer at Microsoft, overseeing the Web and Marketplace production for Xbox and Zune. Paul has been involved with high-tech companies since 1995, with clients ranging from Microsoft and drugstore.com to real-estate companies, hotels and restaurants, plus entertainment sites, including Yes' official site.
